Absolutely outstanding food. Fillet steaks with accompanying veg (cooked to order) were out of this world. Great steaks, perfectly cooked...

On a recent visit to Letterkenny from Belfast, we were looking for somewere to eat. The receptionist in our hotel sent us in the direction of the Brewery. A warm welcome awaited us and we were shown upstairs to a mid sized and very warming restaurant. The menu had a lot to offer all tastes. Being carnivores we opted for the fillet steak medium rare (perfectly cooked) and the t.bone steak medium (again perfectly cooked) together with garlic potatoes, pepper sauce and the largest onion rings I have ever seen.
